01. INSPECTION & DOCUMENTATION:	02.  STRIPPING & ANALYSIS:
When received, Gear Tech captures detailed photographs, laying the foundation for a transparent refurbishment/replacement process.	Gearboxes are meticulously stripped, internal components documented, and oil samples analyzed for a precise understanding of the condition of the gearbox.
03. CLEANING & PROPOSAL:	04.  RESTORATION
Post-stripping, a rigorous cleaning process ensues. A comprehensive refurbishment report, along with a transparent quotation, is swiftly dispatched.	Upon acceptance of the quotation, Gear Tech replaces components, focusing on high-quality bearings, ensuring the refurbished gearbox compliments its original performance.
